We sell Beef Trimmings. It originates from Dutch Beef and has Halal Certification.
Beef Trimmings can be used in the production of many products for human consumption as well as the production of pet food.
At Senel & Co. we standardly sell frozen Beef Trimmings in poly-blocks or naked blocks.
The trimmings are approximately 80% meat and 20% fat.
We also offer beef trimmings with the same consistency of 80% meat and 20% fat which are derived from matured meat. This is only applicable when it will be heat treated afterwards.
